- Significant Defect in the Digital Product: If the delivered product (e.g., a logo) contains significant technical or design defects that cannot be corrected, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with a clear explanation of the issue.
- Mismatched Product: If the product delivered to you does not match what was agreed upon in terms of the specifications provided during the order (e.g., wrong file format, incorrect design specifications), please notify us within 7 days. We will work to correct the error or offer a refund if we are unable to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
3. Conditions Where Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made and digital, refunds will not be provided for requests due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design after it has been delivered as per the specifications agreed upon.
- After the Revision Period: If you fail to request revisions or raise concerns within the revision period outlined in our terms (7 days after product delivery), refunds will not be provided.
- Minor Issues: Refunds will not be offered for minor aesthetic differences or personal preferences in the final product that do not constitute a significant defect.

- Resolution Options: Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and determine whether you are eligible for a refund or a correction. If eligible, we will provide further instructions for processing your refund.
5. Timeframe for Refunds
Once we confirm that you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.

In many cases, issues with a digital product can be resolved through revisions. We encourage customers to first request revisions as part of our standard design process. If you require more than 3 revisions beyond the allotted number.
